Preparation: Each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted and prepared for shipping within 6 working days .

Shipping methods & delivery times:

Standard shipping to Austria: €3.90 / 2-4 working days (without tracking)

Express shipping to Austria: €5.50 / 1–3 working days (with tracking)

Standard shipping within Europe: €6.90 / 5–10 working days (without tracking)

Express shipping within Europe: €9.90 / 3–5 working days (with tracking)

USA & Rest of the World: €16.90 / up to 20 working days (with tracking)

All packages are shipped via Austrian Post .

📩 Delivery problems: If your package hasn't arrived on time, please send an email to solilunastore@gmail.com . We will investigate immediately and try to find a suitable solution.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your order. If not, you can return or exchange your purchased piece of jewelry .

• Contact us: please within 7 days of delivery

• Returns: please return within 14 days of delivery

Return policy

• The right of return or exchange applies only to unworn and undamaged jewelry. Should a piece of jewelry break, we will of course offer you a free repair or replacement.

• Personalized jewelry or custom-made items cannot be returned.

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Please return the jewelry in its original packaging with all accessories . If you no longer have the original packaging, please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transport.

• Since our label is still small, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. You can choose your preferred shipping option for returns. We are not liable for lost returns, therefore we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
