Is your jewelry suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes, our jewelry is perfect for sensitive skin. It's made from 14K gold-filled, PVD-plated stainless steel, and 925 sterling silver – materials that don't cause allergic reactions. Our founder has a severe nickel allergy herself, so this is especially important to us!
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is water-resistant in normal fresh water. Please do not take it into the sea or swimming pool and avoid contact with shampoo, shower gel, or other chemicals. Should contact occur, simply clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap.
How long will it take for my piece of jewelry to arrive?
We take our time with your order: We personally craft your piece of jewelry and then carefully prepare it for shipping – this can take up to 6 working days .
You can choose from the following shipping options:
- Standard shipping to Austria: 2–4 business days, no tracking
- Express shipping to Austria: 1-3 business days, with tracking
- Standard shipping EU: 5–10 working days, no tracking
- Express shipping EU: 3–5 working days, with tracking
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days with tracking

How can I return a piece of jewelry?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can of course return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email beforehand explaining the issue and including your order number. You can find more detailed information in our return policy.
